What the four-day programme includes
The organiser labels the main route 125 km. Its daily schedule assigns 60 km to Friday, 2 October, and 65 km to Saturday, 3 October. A separate 20 km evening ride on Thursday and a 20 km closing ride on Sunday are both marked optional. Rides start from or return to the Çamlık campsite. The route description says the surfaces are mostly paved, with some rough sections and short stretches of dirt, and calls the difficulty moderate. That is the organiser’s general description, not a promise that the route will feel moderate to every rider.
Friday’s itinerary names the canal, Çağlayan Valley, Kanlıdivane and Zincirli Kuyu. Saturday is the longer day, passing Sebaste, the Ayaş theatre, Cennet–Cehennem, Kızkalesi and a boat trip before returning via Akkale. The event page publishes these stops but does not guarantee opening hours, admission costs or how long the group will spend at each place. Check for route or timing changes with the organisers before travelling.
Entry, fee and the missing form
The festival page states a 3,000 TL participation fee and a 150-person cap. It says pre-registration was planned for 12–15 September, a window that had already passed when this guide was checked on 24 September. Those details leave current entry status unresolved: do not assume that registration is open, that a place is reserved or that the listed fee is still final. Ask the organiser to confirm the form, remaining capacity and current terms before paying or booking transport.
Helmets are mandatory. Lights are required for the optional Thursday evening ride. E-bikes are permitted provided riders do not pass the lead cyclist or disrupt the group pace. Campers need to bring their own tent, sleeping bag, mat and personal kit; the organiser says main meals and on-route snacks are provided. If your place is confirmed, plan around the full four-day timetable instead of treating 125 km as the total for every activity.
