Effective Date: October 5, 2026By accessing or using the Bisikletli Gezgin mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1 Description of Service
The app provides ride recording, live tracking, map features and premium subscription options.
2 Account Registration
Users may register via:
- Sign in with Apple
- Sign in with Google
- Email registration
3 User Responsibilities
- Providing accurate information
- Safely sharing live tracking links
- Not misusing the app
4 Premium Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Apple. Subscriptions may renew automatically.
5 Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds follow App Store policies.
6 Limitation of Liability
The app is not responsible for GPS accuracy, map data, or internet issues.
7 Modifications
Changes become effective once published on the website.
8Map Providers and Licenses
The website map uses Leaflet.js (BSD 2-Clause). OpenStreetMap data is used under ODbL 1.0 with attribution shown on the map. OpenTopoMap tiles use OpenStreetMap and SRTM data; the map style is subject to CC BY-SA 3.0. The Esri World Imagery layer is subject to Esri and its sources' terms, with provider attribution shown. These provider licenses are separate from the Bisikletli Gezgin POI dataset license.
9Community Contributions, Geographic Data and Contributor License
The 35-point editorial seed collection compiled by Bisikletli Gezgin is made available under CC BY-SA 4.0. Third-party sources remain subject to their own licenses and attribution requirements. User contributions are shared under the same license only after the contributor accepts the license notice in the submission form; previously submitted contributions are not retroactively relicensed.
By submitting a point, the user represents that they have the necessary rights in the submitted coordinates, place name and description and that the contribution does not violate third-party rights or privacy. The user grants Bisikletli Gezgin a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to review, edit, combine, publish and use the contribution to operate the service, and permits its sharing with the community under CC BY-SA 4.0. This permission does not transfer the user's rights in the contribution. Contributions are published after editorial approval. License: CC BY-SA 4.0.
